Sura 3.85:
And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers.
Lesson : No other religion other than Islam is to be accepted. By extension, no other will be tolerated.

Sura 5.51:
O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.
Lesson : Do not befriend Jews, Christians. They are unworthy.

Sura 3 – Al-E-Imran (MADINA) : Verse 140
If a wound (and killing) has touched you, be sure a similar wound (and killing) has touched the others. And so are the days (good and not so good), We give to men by turns, that Allâh may test those who believe, and that He may take martyrs from among you. And Allâh likes not the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong¬doers).
Lesson : It instructs revenge.
Do not confuse this with similar verses in the Old Testament such as the phrase “an eye for and eye.” which does not instruct revenge. In the Old Testament, it teaches that restitution belongs to the offender and not the offended. It teaches a person who has injured the eye of another is instructed to give his or her own eye in compensation. At the root of this principle is that one of the purposes of the law is to provide equitable retribution for an offended party. It defined and restricted the extent of retribution in the laws of the Old Testament.

When your Lord revealed to the angels: I am with you, therefore make firm those who believe. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.
Lesson : Behead, maim and kill disbelievers

O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil).
Lesson : Fight against disbelievers (non-Muslims); Regard them as evil and unworthy of kindness.

ummm I’m looking at an english translation of the quran and having trouble finding any of this. if you truly believe what he is spouting you should fact check. just saying. your only ignorant if you choose to preach before you learn.

Al-Baqarah Chapter 2 : Verse 192
And kill them wherever you meet them and drive them out from where they have driven you out; for persecution is worse than killing. And fight them not in, and near, the Sacred Mosque until they fight you therein. But if they fight you, then fight them: such is the requital for the disbelievers.
The Koran consists of 114 chapters, called Suras, they are also given names. Sura 1 is called The Opening, Sura 9 would be The Immunity, and so on (see below for the complete list of Suras).
So, Sura 9.123 would be The Immunity, verse (Ayat) 123, which reads:
“O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil).”
Sura: 4, Ayat: 91 quoted in part:
“…. then seize them and kill them wherever you find them; and against these We have given you a clear authority.”

The contraction of “you are” is “you’re”, not “your”. As for being ignorant, well, no comment is needed.
I maintain Islam is fundamentally flawed. As long as imams can espouse death and killing when reading the trash in the Koran supporting it, the religion of Islam will remain flawed. Its reform is long, long overdue and if it is to join the modern world and stop treating women like cattle and slaves its reform cannot be delayed one more second.

This is not right description of teachnigs in Quran. If you want to read a verse that should be read with reference to context. The complete translation is below, which says fight with those who fight with you. Please see below with open heart, which is quite clear and Natural.
Vesre 190-193
“Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors. (190)
And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers. (191) And if they cease, then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (192) Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah. But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.(193)”
taking verses out of context in hopes of making people see some thing that isnt there is truly the lowest way to deal with somthing like this…no where in the Quran does it teach violence or any of the sort, an don th eocaasion of the Quran teaching Muslims to hate Christians and Jews…the Quran also states “You have your religion and I have mine” meaning that we all follow our own paths and all neither can impose anythin gon the other…furthermore in Mecca the Prophet’s neighbor was a Jew who would always use the bathroom in front of the Prophet’s house..one day day however, he did not show an the prophet got worried an decided to visit him…the Jew was in shock at the kindness of this man whom he had doneonly bad to and so he converted…

I have been reading the Quran as part of my research. I do feel it is fundamentally flawed. Revenge under any circumstance is not justified. It is based on a flawed emotional state. Fear, anger and hate are the sources of revenge. In true spiritual tradition, none of these are justified. We have these feelings, but we do not excuse them. We seek to overcome, and any correctly interpreted scripture from God as such, should reflect this humanistic ideal. I am sorry to say, many are being taught that under certain circumstances, revenge is justified. Self defense is not revenge, as it does not imply the emotional state revenge does.
The Quraan states: Allah guides whosoever He wishes through it and deviates whosoever He wishes through it.The proof is that thousand of people are converting to Islam and some are still critising Islam
